The typical hardware diagnosis and repair call is something along the lines of "my computer won't turn on", or "the light comes on and there's no video on the screen".
Believe it or not, sometimes I can fix these problems without buying any parts.
However, if needed I can replace any broken parts in a desktop or laptop computer, and can usually diagnose and fix the problem at your house.
